The Grillworks Review
This is a true aficionado's grill. It's design is elegant yet rugged. It is truly unique in every way. I could see this grill being the last grill one would ever own.
But the true test is always in the finished product. I had a chance recently to taste a steak cooked on this grill and I have to admit that it was truly one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor from the natural wood. The V-channel cooking surface is ingenious in that it catches all the juice which you can use to baste the meat.
I can't wait until my friend invites me again (hopefully very soon) for dinner.
I highly recommend it.
