Up to 12 pounds. = £ 1. Person

More than £ 12. = 3/4lb. Person

Bones in the breast = 1/2lb. Person

Thawing Turkey

Turkey Roasting Guide

Preheat oven 325 degrees.

6 to 8 pounds. = 2 ¼ to 3 ¼ hours

8-12 lbs. = 34 hours

12-16 pounds. = 3 ½ to 4 ½ hours

16 to 20 pounds. = 4 to 5 hours

Bone and breast = 1 ½ to 2 hours and quarter

Boneless breast roll = 1 ¾ to 2 ½ hours
